Food and Wine pairings

 July 2023 – “Tasting the Greek islands”

We selected natural wines from 5 small, local wineries of the Greek islands: Syros, Corfu, Serifos, Evia and Lemnos. We prepared and presented a 5-course tasting menu where each dish was prepared with Greek ingredients and inspired by the culinary tradition of each place, designed to be paired with rare and special Greek wine varieties. The two evenings were also accompanied by live jazz music.

Aug 2023 - Collaboration with the artisan bakery BREAD BC – “Gluten feast”

The bread BC team traveled with their sourdough from Chalandri and came "simà" to Tinos. For a whole day we baked sourdough breads and fluffy “propyres” (traditional flatbreads breads from Laconia, like focaccia). The products were uniquely paired with our wines and cheeses from local producers.

July and August 2023- Live rebetika music

During the summer we held 3 evenings with live rebetiki music and a specially designed menu with appetizers.
